Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty is valid exclusively for products purchased through the Arpex Eyewear website.

1.2.

The warranty period may vary depending on the product. Customers should refer to the specific product page for detailed information regarding the applicable warranty period.


2. Warranty Coverage Details

2.1.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, oxidation, color fading, and breakage of product parts.

2.2.

The warranty also covers allergies proven to have been caused by the use of the product, provided the item has been used according to the following care instructions:

  • Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, cosmetics, and cleaning products.

  • Store the product properly, avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

  • Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth without abrasive agents.


3. Warranty Exclusions

3.1.

The warranty does not cover problems resulting from improper use, including but not limited to:

  • Use of the product during sports or high-impact activities.

  • Exposure to harsh conditions such as seawater, swimming pools, or excessive moisture.

  • Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.

  • Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.

3.2.

Any modifications made by unauthorized third parties will automatically void the warranty.


4. Warranty Claim Procedure

4.1.

If the customer identifies a problem covered by the warranty, they must contact our Customer Support team via email at help@arpexeyewear.com within 7 days after identifying the issue.

4.2.

The customer must provide detailed information regarding the issue, along with photographic evidence whenever applicable, to facilitate the analysis and evaluation process.


5. Analysis & Resolution Process

5.1.

Arpex Eyewear commits to analyzing warranty claims within 3 business days from the receipt of the request.

5.2.

If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, Arpex Eyewear may, at its discretion, replace the product or provide the necessary support to resolve the issue.


6. Replacement Procedure

6.1.

The customer must return the defective item by mail, with shipping costs paid by the customer.

6.2.

The customer must send the shipping receipt to help@arpexeyewear.com.

6.3.

The return of the defective item may be waived if the customer provides clear photos that allow the issue to be properly identified, at the discretion of Arpex Eyewear.


7. New Product Shipping Timeframe

7.1.

Arpex Eyewear commits to shipping a replacement product within 7 business days after receiving the returned product or after approving the photographic evidence provided by the customer.


8. Replacement Methods

8.1.

The warranty only covers replacement with the same item or the issuance of a store credit voucher equivalent to the amount originally paid.

8.2.

Store credit vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.


9. Reimbursement of Shipping Costs

9.1.

Reimbursement of shipping costs paid by the customer will be processed within 3 business days after submission of valid proof of shipment.


10. Warranty Validity

10.1.

The warranty becomes valid from the date the customer receives the product, as confirmed by the delivery tracking information.

10.2.

After the expiration of the warranty period established for each product, Arpex Eyewear will no longer be responsible for any costs related to repairs, replacements, or warranty claims.


11. General Provisions

11.1.

These Warranty Terms are governed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

11.2.

Arpex Eyewear reserves the right to update or modify these Warranty Terms at any time, with prior notice to customers.
